We expected it to bring cool breezes to Vana'diel, but somehow it's as hot as ever.
But I have good news, kupo!
The M.H.M.U. has come up with yet another cool festival to beat the heat--"Blitz Buffalo"!
You all know about buffalos, right?
They're big, black beasts that inhabit the Uleguerand Range. We moogles were able to move them to areas outside of several nations using special magic, kupo!
Eh? Did you just grumble something about "troublemakers"? That word isn't in our moogle vocabulary, kupo.
Anyway, now is your time to shine, adventurers! Chase down the buffalos and snag the red sashes from their horns! Let the Beastmen bask in the wisdom and courage of the nations, kupo!
However...take care, kupo.
The buffalos have grown rather upset watching the red sashes swaying from their horns. Sometimes you may start running after a buffalo, only to end up being the one chased! You wouldn't want to be sent flying into the clouds, would you? On the other hand, the breeze up there might be rather refreshing...if you live to enjoy it, kupo...
So, do you have enough courage to provoke one of the giant beasts? What's that? "It sounds extremely dangerous"? Don't worry--you'll be fine! Live for the moment, right, kupo?

Actually, we moogles gave the event a trial run ourselves and had a blast!
The sweat around our ears and the pounding of our chests during the hunt... It was a real rush, kupo!
Facing the blood-chilling glare of the buffalo...knowing what must be done... Ohhh, it makes me shiver just thinking about it, kupo!
That relieved gasp of freedom after barely escaping a buffalo's enraged charge...then turning back to seize the chance... I...I just can't take this anticipation, kupo!

In poche parole:Dal 22 Agosto al 5 Settembre, dopo il termine del Sunbreeze Festival, inizierà un nuovo evento estivo, il Blitz Buffalo.
L'evento, che si terrà in tutte e 3 le principali nazioni, consisterà in una caccia al Buffalo, mostro tipico di una delle nuove zone inserite con l'ultima espansione. Obbiettivo sarà recuperare un fazzoletto rosso legato alle corna dell'animale, cercando di non diventare da cacciatore a preda.
Maggiori dettagli saranno rivelati in prossimità dell'inizio dell'evento.

Quasi 3 anni fa quando in cominciai a giocare a Natale, ci fu un Evento molto simile. Cera un Enorme Treant (un albero) in molte locazioni decorato con luci colorate ed era da attaccare e sconfiggere. Tale albero faceva degli AOE (colpi ad area) che arrecavano molti danni anche ai passanti che non centravano nulla, come ricompensa per aver abbattuto questi Treant fu attivata in ogni citta un servizio di teleport verso gli outpost di determinate regioni.
Chissa', forse la caccia al bufolo che stanno uppando sara una cosa simile^^
un teleport per uluguerand? e che ci si fa con quello?...
Allora spieghiamo l'evento.
c'e un enorme bufalo chiamato Toro ed esteticamente e' propio un toro, e' grande quanto un battering Ram (forse un pochino piu grosso)
non fa danno ma se ti colpisce PUO' warparti alla citta dove hai l'home point.
l'evento si puo fare in qualsiasi citta Jeuno compresa MA il toro se ti warpa ti warpa in una delle tre citta di nascita dove hai settato HP (Sandoria, Bastok, Wind) se hai settato hp a Jeuno il toro ti warpa a random dove caxxo vuole XD.
Il warp e' random puo warparti al primo colpo come al decimo.
Il toro poppa piu o meno a centro mappa, lo si pulla e lo si porta vicino la citta' in modo che si possa zonare subito in caso di warp, una volta ucciso appare un ? ? ? dove muore (come in dynamis) e si ottiene red sash (waist lv1 rare/ex all jobs) che da Enmity +1.
il TORO e' un lottery pop, dopo un tot di tori uccisi infatti ne poppa uno ancora piu grosso e con molta piu vita, una vlta killato si ottiene un altra waist che e' sempre rare ex lv1 all job e che da Enmity+2
ad occhio uno valuterebbe questo accessorio inutile ma pensate a tutte quelle aree cappate o bc dove ad un pld o a un nin serve piu hate possibile, una cinta che da +2enmity e' ottima secondo me.
