This is a friendly reminder that you owe a pending balance for PlayOnline services. It consists of Content ID fees for FINAL FANTASY XI and/or Tetra Master. Please log into PlayOnline and follow the on-screen instructions in order to pay this balance.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. If you have already paid the balance, please disregard this notice.
Please do not reply to this e-mail. Contact the PlayOnline Information Center for assistance if you have any questions.
IMPORTANT!!!
Leaving your balance unpaid will result in termination of your PlayOnline account. If you wish to use PlayOnline services again after that, you will need to purchase new software from a retail store and register a new PlayOnline account.
If you wish to unsubscribe from any of PlayOnline's fee-based services, you MUST CANCEL all active Content IDs for that service. Please proceed to the "Membership" section of Service & Support to do so, or contact the PlayOnline Information Center.

C'è scritto che hai un debito verso SquareEnix in termini di una ContentID per FFXI e/o TetraMaster. Logga in POL e verifica che le informazioni di pagamento siano corrette. Se non lo sono aggiornale. Se sei sicuro che sia tutto in regola contattali dopo avere cmq reinserito i dati (non si sa mai). Nel caso in cui non gli giunga nessun pagamento, l'account verrà cancellato.
