Sospendere Account

Per via dell'università e degli esami riesco a giocare a ff un'oretta alla settimanaad andarmi bene,perciò devo sospendere il mio account (... ...) per poi riprenderlo a pieno ritmo tra un mesetto o poco più.
Volevo sapere:
-per sospenderlo devo cliccare su cancel ID vero, da service e support?
-ho letto che il mio account rimane inattivo per 3 mesi, se lo riprendo tra un mese ritrovo tutto come era prima di spospendere?
-ho sospeso nei 30 giorni gratuiti, me ne mancava 1 quello di domani, a quanto mi è sembrato di capire da domani in poi non potrò più utilizzarlo?

Continuerò a seguire le vicende del forum (quando potrò ..) che ho trovato interessante e pieno di persone disponibili ad aiutarmi e molto gentili,per poi tra un mese riprendere a giocare.

Pensavo che dal momento che l'account è inattivo non si pagasse nulla, al max pochi dollari visto che non ho giocato ma se mi devo pagare i 10 dollari dopo epr non avere mai giocato beh posso anche riattivarlo e giocarci poche ore se devo spendere lo stesso...
certo che questa cosa è da teste di *****, me lo potete dire con sicurezza che almeno riattivo il tutto..

Ho scritto alla square sul problema è questa è stata la loro risposta:
(a quanto mi pare di capire si paga mese per mese e fin qui tutti siamo d'accordo, ma se cancelli il content id non paghi gli arretrati ma paghi dal primo del mese in cui lo riattivi)

Basically, you will be charged a full month fee for whenever you reactivate the account.
Our billing cycle is on the 1 of every month. Therefore, if the account is activated before or after the 1 of the month, charges will be added on the next billing cyle to be processed together with the fee of that month begining on the first.

The monthly subscription price for FINAL FANTASY XI is $12.95 per month and $1.00 for each additional
Content ID. The Tetra Master Content ID also has a $1.00 monthly charge if activated.

Only month to month subscription is available right now there are no plans on providing an extended subscription at this time.

A detailed list of all fees charged to your account can be found within the "PlayOnline Viewer", under "Service &
Support" and then selecting 'Review' under the "Fees" option.

If you are seeing a different amount other than $12.95, there are several things that may make your bill larger than
expected.

EXAMPLE SCENARIOS:
1. If you started your free trial in the middle of month "A", then your free trial would end in the middle of month "B",
and you would not get charged until the first of month "C". Your bill on the first of month "C" would include the
monthly subscription charge of 12.95 for the month of "C", plus it would include a pro-ration from days used in
month "B" after your free trial had ended.

2. You canceled a Content ID during month "A" - that starts a 90-day period that you can reactivate a Content ID
with out your character being deleted. You reactivate your Content ID in the middle of month "B", and you will
receive your bill on the first of month "C". The bill on the first of month "C" will include the monthly subscription
charge of $12.95 for the month of "C", plus $12.95 for the entire month of "B" that you reactivated your Content ID
during. You are billed for the entire month, when you reactivate a Content ID at anytime during that month.

3. You purchase an additional Content ID during the month of "A", for an additional $1.00 added onto your
monthly charge. You are billed on the first of month "B", your bill includes the monthly subscription charge of
$12.95 for the month of "B", plus $1.00 extra for the additional Content ID purchased during the month of "A", plus
$1.00 extra for that additional Content ID to be used during the month of "B".
